Overview
Compact, low-cost real-time print & apply labelling system for self-adhesive labels. ALcode LT integrates the SATO LT 408 printer module and a pneumatic applicator; designed for installation on constrained packaging lines and for mixed production environments. The SATO LT 408 prints at 200 dpi and at speeds up to 150 mm/s; label width supported up to 104 mm (depending on configuration).

Application modes

• Air-blow: for irregular products moving at high speed
• Oscillating roller: for handling different label formats
• Piston/contact applicator: for stationary products

Mechanical and electronic design
A microprocessor controls the ALcode LT applicator logic. Electronics and pneumatics are integrated into a compact mechanical frame that supports a label reel up to 220 mm outer diameter (optional 400 mm) and the printer, enabling easy integration into narrow machine spaces.
