Overview
ALcode is a print-and-apply labelling machine for self-adhesive labels, engineered for industrial packaging lines. It prints labels with a thermal-transfer print module and applies them to stationary or moving products via interchangeable application devices.

Printers compatibility and main features
ALcode supports SATO print modules (Series EX), Zebra ZE500 and other compatible thermal-transfer units. The system is managed by a PLC with a colour touch-screen HMI integrated into the machine and rotatable for operator access. Parameters and machine status are configurable via the display. Standard label reel capacity is 300 mm diameter (option: 400 mm with high-capacity rewinder). Designed for medium to high-speed lines with modular applicator options.

• Tamp applicator for contact labelling of stationary products, including recessed areas
• Swinging roller applicator for contact labelling of high-speed moving products
• Multi-format swinging-plate application system for contact labelling of moving products with different label sizes
• Rotary arm applicator for front/back and/or corner labelling of stationary or moving products
