Load capacities can vary from a few kilos up to 10 tonnes and more. With a choice of 146 different Alwayse ball units to choose from, we can invariably offer you a useful solution to your problem. Pitch is calculated by dividing the narrowest dimension by 3.5. This ensures 3 ball units will be beneath the narrowest dimension of the load at any time.
Live/Dead Ball Tables
When in 'Live' position, the ball units are raised, using pneumatics in turn, allowing the opertator to rotate load through 360 degrees. Once the load is in position, the ball units can be lowered, putting the table in the 'Dead' position, allowing work/maintenance to be done. Each table is tailored to suit the application.
