Large quantities of waste tyres are produced worldwide. KAHL have developed a particularly cost-efficient process for the production of a metal- and fabric-free granulate. This granulate can be used for:
- Flexible floor coverings for sports and playgrounds
- Asphalt additive in road construction for reduction of driving noise and cracks
- Additive in the production of tyres
- Insulating material for use in family households and industry, e.g. in seats
- Moulded articles, e.g. for car ventilation systems
- Shoe soles
- Mats for protection against vibration and sound
