Double-Chip Geometry
Speedcut's original patent of double-chip blade design represented a breakthrough in speed and quality for carbide-tipped blade applications.
Our unique "notch grind" tooth geometry improves the efficiency of blades and saws by allowing each uniform tooth to cut the full width of the saw slot. Compared to older triple-chip geometry, this design allows feed rates to be doubled while reducing saw vibration, producing a higher quality cut.
