Whatever your dedicated workholding need is - whether you are considering a custom tombstone / grid plate, a manual clamping fixture or a hydraulic / pneumatic system, Advanced Machine and Engineering (AME) can design and build a fixture to meet your needs. We also welcome the opportunity to manufacture to your design.
Using SolidWorks design software and solid modeling techniques, our fixture design staff will work with your Engineering / Production personnel to understand your workholding needs, then create a custom workholding proposal that will fulfill your requirements.
We've designed and built workholding, including inspection fixtures, for parts as small as hand held parts and as large as structural components for the aircraft industry.
As with all our products quality is a given. All workholding devices are verified as meeting specification on one of several Co-ordinate Measuring Machines, including one of the industries largest CMM's - a 200" x 84" x 54" DEA supported by the latest PD-DMIS software.
