American Sensor Technologies utelize the best of two worlds in their Manufacturers of pressure transducers. You get a stainless steel diaphragm and a MEMS manufactured Piezo resistive bridge bonded together under the Krystal bond technology. This means that the stainless steel diaphragm, either 17-4 PH or 316 L are only stressed to a few hundred micro strain utelizing the most linear curve of the steel. High output is generated by the piezo resistive gages. Low drift is guaranteed by the Krystal bond process.

Some models are availabel with Hasteloy, Inconel or even Titanium wetted parts. The design utelize one piece constructin so there is no weld, O-ring or other junction that will be exposed to the media.

OEM versions are availabe in a wide varity of configurations.
