The new Powerful CT3 Texture Analyzer has characteristics of Compression and Tension. The new CT3 texture analyzer is introduced by Brookfield Engineering. It is the most powerful, affordable and stand-alone Texture Analyzer that was ever produced. This new generation instrument includes a brand new tension mode along with compression mode. The manufacturers are allowed to test the products along with the packaging. For large sample placement, the large work area of the CT3 is ideal. This allows enhanced travel distances that maximizes the functionality of new tension mode. The CT3 offers a variety of load cells that has an expanded range of 100 grams to 50 kilograms. The 10 kg load limit has more limit than the predecessor. For probe improvement, it features a wide range of features such as - a USB port for direct connection to a PC, an optional temperature probe etc.
