Scales are constructed of chrome-plated steel with a 13-inch glass covered double dial. Full capacity is reached in three pointer revolutions. Runners are indexed for each revolution. Twin brass dashpots eliminate pointer oscillation. The large, easy-to-read dials features a knife edge pointer.
