Water in oil monitor
max. 1 500 psi | CM3 series AMETEK Drexelbrook

  • water in oil monitor max. 1 500 psi | CM3 series AMETEK Drexelbrook
For over 50 years, Drexelbrook has been using patented RF Admittance technology to measure the percentage of water in oil. Drexelbrook cut monitor systems are considered the standard at some of the world's largest oil refineries, fields, and pipelines.
* Easy calibration- Calibration can be done via onboard keypad/display or with a laptop using our HARTwin software. The CM-3 is delivered from the factory pre-calibrated in one of 11 pre-set ranges and requires only one point of calibration trim
* Sensing element durability- The 316 stainless steel sensing element uses an injection molded PEEK® material that will not wear out, blister or peel, even in oils that have high sand content. The PEEK® material can handle pressures up to 1500 psi and temperatures up to 450°F
* Sampling advantages- The insertion probe uses the preferred sampling method of the American Petroleum Institute (API) by installing the probe directly in the process stream, guaranteeing a more representative sample of the fluid
* Ignore buildup and salinity changes- Drexelbrook's patented RF Admittance technology is unaffected is able to ignore the effect of paraffin growth on the sensing element and changes in the salinity of the process
* 50 years of expertise - Cut monitors are analytical instruments that measure a very complex oil/water emulsion. Drexelbrook's 50 years of expertise and applications engineering ensure that the instrument is correctly applied to get maximum performance from the instrument
