This line of miniatures has found broad acceptance among manufacturers as the standard connector in many "black box" applications, including telemetering equipment. All Type HM connectors mate with Mil-C-28748 non-hermetic connectors.
Type HSM (Subminiature)
As space and weight considerations increase in importance, these subminiatures are often the answer. Their small size and rugged characteristics make them ideal for miniaturized equipment in aircraft, missiles, communications, and many other instrumentation applications.
Type HMM (Micro-Miniature)
Exceptional space and weight savings, for the ultimate in miniaturization. These micro-miniatures are compression sealed. The bodies and pins are fused to glass, thereby providing reliability that meets or exceeds Mil-C-28748.
