Pilot operated solenoid valve

The 22 mm pilot valve has been designed and developed by Amisco as a logical evolution of the traditional product range of coils and operators manufactured for the pneumatic market. The 22 mm pilot valve is designed for those applications where high performances, minimum dimensions, low power consumption and high reliability are specified. This system is designed for use with air. The pilot valve is composed by an encapsulated coil and a valve with a plastic valve body.

All the 22mm pilot valves feature:
Coil:
*heat resistant bobbin moulded with 30% glass filled polyester (PBT)
*class H 200°C copper wire according to IEC 317-8 or 317-13
*encapsulation with high quality specially designed glass filled polyamide
(PA66)

Valve:
*brass guiding tube
*plunger and core made by a magnetic stainless steel specially designed for solenoid applications
*polyester valve body.
