Description

Mixer's can be applied for master batch preparation, small production orders, developement of products and "just-in-time" mixing jobs.
There are many characteristic features like ideal mixing quality and mixing intensity which is adjustable from mild homogenization to intensive deagglomeration where the liquid materials admixture is micro-fine, 10 to 100% working capacity by selection of filling level with residues discharged ideally, GMP standard sterilization or easy cleaning, PLC supplied mixing programs and even online documentation is possible if a bar code scanner is integrated.
A limited infrastructure is required like scales, manual fork lift and standard drums. The mixing goods are rearranged with a patented spiral mixing tool. Downward movements occurs in the centre of the mixing vessel due to gravity while there is upward motion in the periphery. If the mixing vessel is inclined up then cross flow is improved.
