Ametc VERTIwrap complete small packaging system is a latest version. The vertical system features dosing unit for liquids. For slow flowing liquids, it has a piston pump and for normal flowing liquids, it has a gravity flow valve. It has OMRON PLC and 7"-touchscreen. Standard version is SS304 stainless steel with SS316 as an option. The machine is ideal for laminated BOPP/PE film. The machine has self-diagnostic features and OMRON PID temperature controller. Electronic components are either SCHNEIDER or OMRON. It has motorized tension control and AIRTAC pneumatic parts. Film transportation is quick and seamless. Bags are of back seal type (pillow packs or stick packs). Vertical seal has 8mm width and horizontal seal has 8mm width. It cuts in a serrated way. Film pulling is servo motor-driven. It has a pneumatic horizontal sealing unit. It has a chain-bag feature. It also includes a hotprint coder of 2 lines with 10 characters in each line. It has a speed of 20-50 pcs/min and film width limit is <180mm. Bag size (LXW) is 30-170 X 10-80 mm (incl. double pulling option). Power supply is 220V, 2.5KW.
