Grout mixing and pumping machine

The equipment has been designed and constructed to meet the high demands for capacity, quality and documentation required for the rock grouting process necessary in connection with tunneling projects. The unit is built up from three separate components. One container holds all the grouting equipment and the hydraulically operated service platform. One container holds two silos and feeder screws for grouting materials. The third component is a standard lorry chassis for the transport of both the other units.
The grouting container is equipped with automatic mixers that can produce grouting material to a pre-programmed recipe, dosage equipment for additives, three piston type grouting pumps with separate grouting lines. Two of the pumps have capacities of up to 38 l/min. and max. pressure of 200 bars and one pump has a capacity of 60 l/min. and max. pressure of 100 bars. The whole process is controlled from an operator's position equipped with a 15" colour screen. Continuous logs of all operating parameters are important features of the equipment. The service platform is radio controlled.
