The BAT1000 is a precision manual force test stand which is suitable for applications in testing quality control, manufacturing, and research and development areas. The model can control a diverse array of samples and testing protocols. Some of the applications include compression force measurement, peeling test, and tensile strength or shear test, among other tests. The hand-operated model works with all of Andilog's force gauges, accessories, and grip. It has a threaded support plate for easy grip and fixture installation. The BAT1000 also features an acme threaded rod to ensure a smooth precision motion with 2.54mm per revolution. The model's fixture mounting plate guarantees the proper alignment of the sample and the force gauge. A digital travel display with a 300mm travel and a 0.01mm resolution also comes optionally.
