General Features
Big screened combustion chamber, convection bank with vertical countercurrent flow to the return oil.
Inside oven provided with automatic feeding or external combustor.
Generator covered on 5 sides with refractory insulating layers to prevent heat dispersion.
Drill-bored boiler collectors connecting to the tube bundles.
Tubes protecting the combustion chamber, especially designed and matched to provide a gasproof seal against combustion gas leaks.
Vertical separating diaphragms in high temperature AISI 310 or similar sheet metal.
Carrying base in robust roll-formed support sections housing the generator and possible automatic or manual ash removal.
High allumina refractory castings.
Outside perimeter insulation with an element having high insulating performance and low specific content.
Outer protecting cover in mineral wood panels; outside covering in fretted, oven painted sheet metal.
Hinged doors for gas pass inspection and regular cleaning purposes.
Built in compliance with ISPESL/PED directive regulating diathermic oil generators.
