Characteristics: anti-adhesive, heat shrinkable, finest of surfaces, excellent chemical resistance and dielectrical characteristics
Behaviour in fire: non-combustible
Application: as anti-stick cioating or corrosion protection for rolls and rollers in paper, texile and food processing machines; as coating for imersion tubes in chemistry; as temperature resistant electrical insulation.
Attention: Shrink fit at high temperatures depending on the position in the shrinking area; the roll cover can charge itself electro statically in dry running operation (discharge spark!)
On request: other diameters and lengths; etched interior version: (for bonding); in the material TEFLON® PFA (heat-proof)
