3000M ANILAM

The 3000M is a 2- , 3-, or 4-axes plus spindle OEM-style or Kit-style control. Typical applications include knee mills and bed mills. The ANILAM 3000M control uses the PC-DSP Dual Processor hardware platform. The 3000M control features large color screens with draw graphics. Hard disk and compact flash drives provide data storage and input. The controls have been tested and fully qualified in accordance with EMC regulations. Networking capability and offline software are available as options.

The programming format is conversational with ANILAM's highly appreciated machinist's language. A wide range of canned cycles and ANILAM's easy-to-use icon based 3-mode calculator further simplify the programming. All the 2-axis canned cycles are available in 3-axis form and advanced canned cycles like mold rotation, tapping and various 3D drilling cycles have been added. The program is easily verified with the on-screen graphics, for simulation or while cutting.

An additional 4th readout axis and a remote handwheel can be connected to the control. 3000M has two I/O-modules standard. Each I/O-module has 10 inputs and 6 outputs controlled via CAN-bus. M-functions are also available.

ANILAM controls have extensive compensation features for automatic correction of machine errors and various offsets.
