Pumping laser diode

The AF4B Series are 1.48 µm high power pump laser diode modules designed for Er-doped optical professional amplifiers. Each professional laser is packaged in a 14-pin butterfly package with optical insulation, monitor photodiode, and thermo-electric cooler.

Applications include submarine and terrestial WDM networks and FTTx/CATV systems.
