Load / unload systems for laser cutting machines ACS is available in several different versions: • In line or front loading • Single or double unloading fork unit The ACS robot load the metal sheets from the loading area to the Laser Shuttle Table with suction unit, and unload scraps and skeleton from the laser with the forks unit. This operations is performed by the following robot components: • a fork unit with extended vertical travel mounted over the Laser Shuttle Table. The forks raise the scraps and skeleton off the table, as much as to allowed the ACS Shuttle to insert below and collect on a pallet material. • a vacuum suction lifter mounted on a bottom side of ACS Shuttle. The system pick the metal sheet up from the loading area and moves it on the Laser Shuttle Table to cut.
