We provide combined density and sound velocity sensors for the continuous online measurement of 3-component liquids. The sensors determine the velocity of sound and density of the liquids and send measurements to the mPDS 2000 V3 evaluation unit for automatic conversion into specific gravity, °Brix, % alcohol, % H2SO4, API gravity and many other concentration readings.
The sensors have a very short response time, allowing you to react immediately to the results and save money by preventing out-of-spec product.
Different materials are available. There are 3A models and intriniscally safe "I" models. All our sensors are designed for rough conditions in the process environment. There are no moving parts and the complete system is CIP compatible.
