The very short response time of the COBRIX3 allows quick line start-ups after a change of product. There are no drifts and no delays. Cobrix3 continuously measures °Brix, Diet, CO2, alcohol, temperature, pressure, sugar inversion, extract, original extract, degree of fermentation, oxygen and conductivity. The COBRIX3 provides real-time data which allows quick and effective adjustment of the blender and carbonizer.

Production efficiency is improved by significant savings in syrup and CO2 . Throughout the production run, warning lights, sounds and PC messages give you time to make adjustments to the line before product goes off spec, or before the Cobrix3 multibev stops the production center. Connect Cobrix3 to the network for real-time data monitoring and control from any PC in the plant. Brand-specific settings such as target values, alarm limits, etc. can be stored using the supplied professional software and recalled for a virtually unlimited number of different beverages. Among many other selectable indications, line start/stop information is displayed. Alarms are indicated optically and acoustically, and by highlighting the corresponding measuring values on the PC display.
