2XZ series vacuum pumps take a structure of double stage direct connection,which working performance is composed of high pressure stage and low pressure stage.Its suction nozzle is connected to vacuum equipment to suck in and discharge out the gas in container in the process of operation.When the equipment is vacuumized,high pressure stage exhaust valve will be closed,and the gas sucked by high pressure stage will be transferred to the second stage,and sucked in and discharged out by the second stage,Here the vacuum equipment will be vacuumized to a certain extent.The technical parameter of this pump is 6×10-2Pa.Pump and motor share a connecting shaft for high speed,small volume,compact structure and convenience in traveling service.With the use of metal vane,it can be used as a fore pump for diffusion pump,or matched with precision instruments,and in labs,pharmaceuticals,food packaging,electronics etc.

XD series vacuum pumps take a single stage connecting shaft structure to feature high speed,low noise,quick pumping and high efficiency.Pump is air cooled and provided with anti-backing structure to prevent oil from backing to the pumped system.Exhaust filter is fitted inside the pump to effectively eliminate oil mist.It is featured by smooth operation and little vibration,and can work under different pressure.The technical parameter of this pump is 2×1 0-2Pa.It is widely suitable for food vacuum packaging,pharmaceuticals, paper feeding in printing machinery ,glass delivery, vacuum clamp drying and so on .
