Forming is done in a hydraulic press with a press force of 2000 kN specially developed for air duct and roof drainage parts. It can be adapted for both EU and US standards. The press is also equipped with AP&T's automatic tool clamping – a patented system for quick tool changing that is done on the front of the press. The parameters acceleration, speed, position and force can also be freely programmed on the press throughout the entire press cycle. The settings are controlled and stored in the control panel and can be easily changed between operations.
