Series 3000-H boxes are suitable for containing terminals for junction systems. They must be installed according to the instructions of standards EN 60079-14 and EN 50281-1-2.
MATERIAL. Box and cover are manufactured in stainless steel quality AISI-304 or AISI-316, with 1.5 or 2 mm. plate thickness according to different sizes.
SURFACE FINISH. Coated with grey epoxi polyester powder (similar to 7042 RAL) with coarse texture, made by electrostatic projection and dry into an oven to 180-200ºC. To obtain a perfect degreasing and absolute absence of dirt and dust, a pre-treatment consisting of a neutral-type degreasing followed by a non-chromic conversion to aluminium (i.e. no damage to the environment), finished with a dry to 80ºC.
