The charging of the ERGOMATIC 2000 is simple. The SMC-charge is placed on the belt at the back end of the loader. The charging is carried out when the press is closed. The charging height can easily be adjusted by the operator to suit his or her height. This will give an ergonomically correct working position for the operator, who will be relived from awkward fibs into hot tools. The total environment can be improved too, by installing a suction device on the loaders cover to extract the solvent fumes from the SMC charges. After charging the operator has to acknowledge and start the loader by a two-hand switch.
