Apollo
Description
It is a punching line with a numerical control and is the most important machine produced by Apollo Ltd. It is equipped with a AL/02 bar-feeders with Brushless motorization which is capable of a bar-feeding speed of up to 1 m. per second. It has a double motorization on the central hydraulic power unit - one per cylinder, and the choice of 3 punching speeds per punch.
One or the other cylinder can be excluded depending on the punching requirements, or two different programs can be carried out simultaneously. It is suited to medium and big productions and on request may be fitted out with a third vertical head to punch a bar on 3 or 4 sides.
Advantages
This machine is very faster than other punching machines on the market.
Fast and accurate, it can punch one or more tubes at the same time. The version with bars loading/unloading storage-magazine allows to work without operator and to punch semi-oval or rectangular pipes without blisters thanks to an exclusive system. It can carry out a working cycle in approx. 50” on a bar 2 meters long and steps up production.
