The Tempo™ ht LC system is a single-channel HPLC that has been optimized for fast, high-throughput applications. The system includes binary solvent delivery for high pressure gradient mixing, microfluidic flow control (MFC) for fast, precise flow control, variable volume injection, and an integrated array-based UV absorbance detector.
