They allow the highest degree of cleanliness of the working environment. Their ergonomic design and the protective screen made of transparent Lexan are essential elements to safeguard the machine operator. An easily removable chip collector prevents the diffusion of the removed particles in the working environment and on the clean workpieces.
The workdesk is completely soundproof to reduce noise pollution. The units are pre-arranged to be equipped on board with an air cleaner for suction and purification of oil mist, produced during the process of polishing. As an alternative, oil mist could be removed by the air cleaner installed on the machine tool.
The support trailer can be supplied either with wheels made of rubber or with feet.
