Rotary table machine: Sophisticated technology
The ALLROUNDER T vertically operating rotary table machines are mainly employed for large-volume encapsulation of inserts. The fully hydraulic ALLROUNDER Ts can be individually tailored thanks to their modular design and rotary tables in two and three-station versions.

Central SELOGICA control system
A high degree of operating convenience is offered by the universal SELOGICA control system with graphic sequence programming and simple integration of robotic systems and peripherals in the user interface. Furthermore, the integration of special rotary table functions in the machine cycle can be realised quickly and reliably.

Standard equipment: hydraulic system with two regulation pumps
With the ALLROUUNDER T series, technology stage "T2 - servo-regulated" is standard equipment. A hydraulic system with two regulation pumps (T2) is required for simultaneous movements of mould, ejector, nozzle and optional core pulls. The additional servo-valve further caters for increased accuracy in movement and positioning.

Modular ALLROUNDER T series
The T series includes machines with rotary table diameters of 900 mm to 1500 mm, clamping forces from 400 to 2000 kN and screw diameters from 18 to 55 mm.
