Arcam EBM S12 based on CAD to Metal technology creates completely new opportunities for efficient product development. The equipment can create solid metal components directly from a CAD model, and is therefore ideal for manufacturing molding tools, prototypes and components in small batches.

The technology offers total geometric freedom, enabling the production of details that have been difficult to produce with conventional methods.

The method uses an electron beam gun to melt metal powder and build solid details with a homogeneous material structure. The Arcam process offers great durability and total geometric freedom.
