Air demand/Wobbe index analyzer ARELCO

Developped by GAZ DE FRANCE, the COMBUMATIC is designed to monitor
the quality of Natural gas by determination of comburity or Wobbe index.
This parameter is very usefull when the change of natural gas composition
can upset the process.
The instrument is based on an air/gas blender, a catalytic combustion
chamber where is burnt the air/gas sample and a cell to measure the
oxygen remaining after combustion.
A programmable controller receives all measured values and safety status
and calculates the comburity and Wobbe index. This controller is also able
to initiate automatic calibration cycles with malfunction detection related to
the calibration.
