ZGS version of Saturn fiberglass range is equipped with the impeller keyed to the shaft and this latter fitted with sliding rings mechanical seal. Different types of mechanical seal are available so the pump performance is always at its best no matter the liquid pumped. Saturn pumps are in accordance with ANSI / ASME B73.1 regulations.
The design and the inherent resistance of FRP confer to these pumps the mechanical strength that can be compared to pumps constructed with metallic alloys.
The construction available with different blends of epoxy-vinyl-ester makes these pumps resistant to a broader list of corrosive and moderately abrasive chemicals. They can operate for common use and for seawater applications: as an alternative for metallic pumps, they ideally operate in water treatment applications, seawater aquarium, depuration of municipal and industrial wastewaters, as well as in general productive processes deploying chemical fluids.
