The ARJES secondary shredder is the optimal suited secondary shredder solution in line with the ARJES primary shredder. The secondary shredder processes the pre-crushed material to a final product for marketing.

The rotor with a special knife technology and with a direct frictional connection between knife and screen basket is decivise for precise and constant endsize. The energy requirement is merely 5 to 7 kWh per ton. Face wear costs were reduced by the type of blade technology and the dual use of knives and screen basket. An efficient magnet and the nonferrus metal separation via a metal detector provide for chips free of metal. The powerful diesel engine or electric motor provides for high throughput power.
