Available in 1-Port and 2-Port versions ARM SRAM memory IP typically finds usage in L2/L3 cache solutions, temporary buffers or wherever larger memory instances are required in an SoC design. High Speed memories for performance critical designs High Density memories for mainstream and cost critical applications Low Power memories for battery operated portable applications.
