Description
The AWH ball valve is suitable for activities that require extreme force and for processes that require sensitive media. It functions through the separation of CIP components and the valuable output. The floating ball is placed in between two seal rings to allow maximum protection from any cross contamination among the products. It is usually conducted on the incompatible products which are evident in the beverage and dairy production. However, if any leakages occur, the rinse nozzles which are positioned in the casing removes it. The product is constructed with a modular and wafer layout that extends the ball to a double seat valve that has a leakage rinsing function. Also, it has a free flow section for pigging operations and those that involve sensitive components.
