The tank covers shown in this catalogue, compared with conventional flanged joints, are superior, given that they are designed for quick opening and closing. Robust hinges are fitted in place of the well-known tensioning and tightening elements, centring the cover everytime it is closed.

In addition to the covers for non-pressurised tanks, there are dome covers available for pressure vessels of various pressure levels. The latter (typically 1 10 bar) are a function of operating pressure, temperature and other exposure or loads (e.g. an agitator). Current pressure-dome covers are 200 600 mm in diameter. Components in contact with fluids are fabricated from Grade 1.4404 (316L) material.

Apart from standard surface finishes, we offer a wide range of finishes for inner and outer surfaces. Choose any of, typically, "unfinished", "pickled", "blast-cleaned" or "polished".

In this catalogue, we present a wide variety of closures / tank covers. Further configurations are available at short notice. Customised fabrication too is possible.
