Single is designed for craftsmen who wish to extend the range of products offered to their customers, and who intend to optimise the edgebanding production cycle; it is also extremely useful when employed in large businesses to create prototypes and “outsized” pieces. Single can be used to machine straight, curved and shaped profile panels (soft-formed), using hot melt glue; it is capable of applying rolls of banding material with a thickness of from 0.4 to 3 mm (e.g. PVC/ABS), banding material in strips, and wooden banding material. The variable machining speed, the configurable work table, which can be tilted by up to 45° according to the shape of the panel, the edge trimming unit, are just a few of the solutions that make Single incomparably simple to use.
