The CRYONOMIC® pelletiser, fed by liquid CO2 from a pressurised tank, turns the liquid into CO2 snow, which is then compressed to form solid pellets. The pelletiser allows to produce pellets in various sizes, according to the application.

Whether you need pellets for dry ice blast cleaning or nuggets for cooling applications, with the CIP 4 we offer a versatile economic solution for producing your own dry ice. The CIP 4 pelletiser series offers a versatile and economical solution for producing your own dry ice. The CIP 4 is a hydraulic operated pelletiser and is delivered as standard with a 3 mm extrusion die for cleaning purposes. For other purposes, it can be switched to produce 2, 10, 16 or 19 mm pellets in a matter of minutes to suit your needs:
- 2 mm and 3 mm dry ice pellets can be used for cleaning applications
- 10 mm, 16 mm and 19 mm dry ice sticks areperfect for cooling applications.

We can offer you 4 different types of the CIP4. Each one is designed to meet your specific production requirements. The CIP 4L produces 3 mm
pellets at 225 kg/h, the CIP 4M at 125 kg/h, the CIP 4S at 55 kg/h and the CIP 4XS at 25 kg/h.
