A strong, torsion-resistant frame forms a solid base for the positioning unit, ensuring precise positioning even at high speed. The carriage unit can be equipped with optional lifting devices, rotary heads and gripper variations, starting from the standard configuration up to and including the V-configuration, any of which can be supplied in tandem.
Problem-orientated workpiece pick-up units, with or without rotary or swivel heads, can be integrated at any time.
