WS 133 Work Station for Sashes

This station is used for fixing every kind of window locking bars, Turn Only Hardware, Tilt & Turn Hardware and Sliding Hardware for the window sash. The fixing process is very easy, fast and meeting high quality standards. It does not require any customized template, measuring and settings.
Workshop staff can easily use the machine after 30 minutes training and definitely no need for highly qualified operator thanks to user friendly design.
Tilt & Turn and Only Turn hardware, cutting without measuring with automatic centering device (including handle and hardware center).
Window locking bar canal and door handle groove milling unit for different dimensions with automatic centering.
The triple drilling process automatically drills the handle hole and the metal reinforcement profile easily with automatic centering (It is suitable for different middle dimensions of hardware).
Hinge holes drilling unit without template with automatic centering (Incl. turn only hardware hinges).
4 different Tilt & Turn hardware and Turn Only hardware hinges assembly can be made at the same time.
The Turn Only hinges are standard on sash screwing, so Turn only frame hinges can be screwed onto the frame with template.
Automatic screw fastening with an automatic screw feeder and height adjustment unit (90 degree screwing) (3.9*22/1.7sec).
Easy and quick access to hardware thanks to the practical stock shelves on top of the machine.
User friendly operation, provides maximum efficient and quick assembly.
It takes about 2.30 minutes for canal grooving, triple drilling, hinges drilling and Tilt &Turn hardware assembly.
