Several basic principles are proposed according to the form and of the matter of the products to be treated, their presentation on pallets and rates to be reached.
- Gripping with pneumatic tightening is carried out by inflatable jacks or grips with positive catch in the configurations: semi-automatic or automatic, simple or double station.
- By pushed or transfer of layers, 2 solutions are proposed either:
- by low exit on constant level. The palettier seeks the layer on pallet then slide with a vertical movement to transfer the products on a table from reception.
- by high exit with well of guidance on 4 faces, the pallet is raised by a motorized lifting table, then the layer of products is transferred towards a table from reception
- Finally for the metal products, we propose a magnetic vise.
