Atlas Copco’s CU air-blast cooling units reduce the water temperature of the compressor closed loop circuit to the desired value at the compressor inlet. Temperature is brought down by the ambient air which is induced by fans onto the exchanger in which the water passes. Designed to work outdoors, they can operate in ambient temperatures between -40°C/-40°F and +40°C/ +104°F. They handle flows between 4.7 and 74.1 m3/h.
