The corner slide banding system with separator system is an ideal machine for fully automatic banding of a great variety of stacks.
The compact US-2000 CSW banding system with Ultra-Sonic technology and high performance is easy to operate.
The stacks are automatically transferred from the previous machine (cutter, printer, stacker or folding machine) to the conveyor belt. Upon infeeding the stacks are separated from each other and pushed directly into the banding machine by the corner slider.
As needed, the bundles can be once or twice tightly banded but protecting the edges.
