Piezo Motor Drivers available from austriamicrosystems include all the building blocks to directly drive piezo motors, such as the SQUIGGLE® ultrasonic linear micro motor (http://www.newscaletech.com/) from a single low voltage DC supply. Communication with the host controller is implemented via a standard I²C interface.
