Overview
The AUTOBAG® Accu-Count® 200 is a vibratory bowl feed and parts counting system designed for automated counting, batching and feeding of discrete components into pre-opened bags or kit conveyors. The system controls a single product flow, counts to a preset quantity and transfers batches to the bagger or downstream equipment.

Counts and batches at rates up to 2500 packages per hour, depending on part geometry and feed configuration.
Detection and Part Size
Detects parts from 0.125 in. diameter; 0.125 to 2.5 in. length; up to 2 in. width. Multiple bowl configurations are available to accommodate different part shapes and sizes.

On-board controls provide fast integration with AUTOBAG® brand baggers and Kit-Veyor® kit conveyors. System diagnostics and sequencing are managed via the AutoTouch™ control screen for reliable operation and simplified troubleshooting.

- Part Overcount Discharge redirects excess parts to an isolated bin after final count to ensure accuracy.
