Overview
The FAS SPrint Revolution packaging machine brings new levels of speed and versatility to demanding, high-productivity environments that require daily wash-down procedures. Operating at speeds up to 900 inches per minute, this state-of-the-art system offers maximum flexibility, functionality and reliability for food bag packaging. The system stages pre-opened SidePouch bags for immediate loading; the 60" wide load area features a 6" pass-through and tilts vertically for easy maintenance and sanitation. The Coordinated Motion Seal Flattener with a band sealing system ensures high quality, airtight 3/8" bag seals. The SPrint SidePouch bagger operates in continuous, intermittent or batch modes and supports manual or automated cycling.

Additional system details
An integrated Allen-Bradley® control package (Kinetix® servo motors and drives, CompactLogix™ L45 PLC) with a 10" PanelView Plus HMI is provided for ease of operation, serviceability and integration. A simple flash card programs system components. AutoTouch Control Software displays real-time productivity data and provides job storage, job recall and on-board diagnostics. System-matched SidePouch plastic poly bags are pre-made and fan-folded in a box, enabling the use of bag features without machine modification. Bags can be pre-printed up to 10 colors; an AL 3000P thermal printer or third-party printer can be integrated for inline printing of graphics, text and barcodes.
