Overview Engineered to provide high productivity solutions for hand-load through fully-automatic packaging applications, the automated Industrial SPrint SidePouch packaging system operates at 120 bags per minute in continuous mode and offers special bag features. This advanced packing machine reduces costs while providing the widest range of industrial and retail bagging solutions. The machine presents a conveyor of pre-opened bags staged for immediate loading with standard 60" or optional 30" load area configurations. Continuous or intermittent bag indexing is available to accommodate high-speed individual product or kit packaging.

System features and operation The Industrial SPrint bagger includes a modular design separating loading and sealing areas for operator safety; automatic bag sealing and trimming occur away from the bag loading area. Bag changeover is fast and easy to accommodate short production runs; a single box can hold up to 5,000 bags. The system installs quickly, requires minimal operator training and maintenance, and can be integrated with inline imprinters, conveyors and infeeds for semi- to fully-automatic packaging.

Bag and printing capabilities Genuine SidePouch bags are system-matched for optimum performance and offer value-added features such as reclosable zippers, resealable plastic bags, reinforced headers and easy-open perforations. SidePouch bags are available in various materials and can be pre-printed with high-resolution graphics. Inline imprinting options include integration with an Industrial SPrint AutoLabel PI 412c™ imprinter, AL 600P stand-alone thermal printer or third-party printers to apply additional graphics, text and barcodes directly on the bag.
