Our coiling and decoiling reels covers a wide range of applications in the sheet metal proccesing. According to the needs and wishes we produce different reels. The maximum strip width is 2000 mm and the maximum strip thickness 7 mm. The loading capacity goes up to 25 t.
Base frames of decoilers are manufactured as rugged welded constructions. The internal and external diameters of the coils are aligned to norm. There are various possibilities of braking and drive modes.
The spreading is operated hydraulically by shuffled cotters. Decoilers with low capacities are partially operated by bell-crank lever systems.
